Darren Nate, MRED
Darren spent 18 years in Commercial Real Estate Lending. As a VP at Utah Largest Community Bank he was responsible for underwriting the viability of $100's of millions in developments throughout Utah. His development experience started in 2005 and has resulted in $50 Million in value creation. He received a Bachelor's in Finance from the U of U. In 1999 and he received a Master's in Real Estate Development as part of the inaugural class from the U of U in 2011.
Parker Nate
Parker has worked as Assistant Project Manager for one of Utah's largest production builders, worked as an architect intern for one Utah's premier and award winning architecture firms in Utah and as an Assistant Project Engineers at Utah's newest commercial/custom home builders. Parker will graduate in 2025 from UVU with a Bachelor's in Construction Management and a Minor in Architecture.
