Darren Nate, MRED

Darren brings 18 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. As a Vice President at Utah’s largest community bank, he was responsible for underwriting the viability of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate developments across the state. His development career began in 2005 and has since resulted in more than $50 million in value creation.

Darren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah (1999) and earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah as a member of the MRED program's inaugural class in 2011.

Parker Nate

Parker has experience as an Assistant Project Manager with one of Utah’s largest production builders, as an architectural intern with one of the state’s premier, award-winning architecture firms, and as an Project Engineer with one of Utah’s newest commercial and custom home builders.

Parker will graduated in 2025 from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a minor in Architecture.
